1. Security

The EcoViva Store is located on a secure server. When you submit any personal information on the shopping cart, including your credit card information, the secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information before it is sent to us, protecting it against unauthorized access.
The secure server access implemented on this site uses Netscape's SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security features. You do not need to be using a Netscape Web browser for your information to be sent securely. Most of the current browsers support SSL technology. You should see a lock or an unbroken key at the bottom right corner of your browser. If this is not displayed, your connection is not secure. You will then need to update your browser.
If for any reason, you are not comfortable with our online ordering system, please send us an e-mail using our Contact Us form with your order and your phone #, and the best time to reach you, and we will call you back to get your credit card information to complete your order. 2. Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy
|
Here at EcoViva, we want you to be satisfied with the quality and performance of all the products we offer, and we search hard and long for items of uncompromisable quality. Furthermore, we guarantee all our products to be free of defects, and to live up to packaging claims.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please e-mail or call us immediately (within 48 hours) if you receive a damaged or defective item. If you have a damaged package, please keep all your shipping materials for 2 weeks in case. UPS needs to check them.
If you are ever not satisfied with one of our products, please e-mail or call us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will either resolve your problem or give you a Return Authorization # to use to send the product back to us for an exchange or a refund, unless it falls under one of the categories below. We suggest that you insure your returns as EcoViva is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit from you back to us.
Please note, shipping charges are not refundable, however, EcoViva will pay for shipping of replacement item(s), if applicable.
Consumable Goods:
Returns are only accepted if the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. We do not accept returns on consumable items like shampoo or vitamins that have been opened.
All unopened food products and supplements MUST be returned by UPS, as they are the only carrier that never x-rays their packages. We can only accept these returns if they come by UPS, or the items are no longer in a "sellable" condition for us. We don't want to sell any items that may have irradiation by-products in them.
Austin Air
Restocking Fee: $25 plus $40 shipping fee if you received free shipping of the unit to you. ($25 plus $25 shipping fee on the Junior models)
IQ Air
IQ Air Purifier Units have a 20% restocking fee plus and additional $40 if you received free shipping of the unit to you.

3. Order Processing
|
We process orders as we receive them Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We normally ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order. We will notify you by e-mail if there is anything that will take longer than normal. If you order with Priority Shipping, we will expedite the processing of your order. Any questions? 4. Shipping Charges
|
Although many companies add arbitrary shipping and handling charges to your online order, we have chosen to simply pass on our shipping costs to you, as closely as we can. All items are currently shipped UPS, and before you complete your order, you will know exactly how much your shipping costs will be.

5. Small Orders
|
For the moment, we accept orders of all sizes. However, you will notice that if you order a larger amount, such as $30 - $50, your shipping costs per item will often decrease significantly.

6. International
|
We currently ship only to the U.S.
|
7. Sales Tax - Utah
|
All orders shipped to Utah will have sales tax added to the total. The rate depends on which county you live in.

8. Methods of Payment
|
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. If you must pay by check or money order, please e-mail or phone in your order. Please note that this will delay shipment until the personal check clears. We can only accept checks drawn on US Banks in US funds.

9. Errors and Omissions
|
Although here at EcoViva, we take much pride in doing things right the first time, we occasionally make mistakes. In cases of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to ship the correct product, and/or correct our pricing errors. We will, of course notify you before shipping if this happens.

10. EcoViva Privacy Policy

We know that your privacy is important to you, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date and phone number. This allows us to process and complete your order as well as to communicate with you about the status of your order or any problems we may have.

When you register with EcoViva, we use the information you give us to provide better products and services on our web site. If you provide us with your e-mail address, or have done so in the past, we may upon occasion send you e-mail offers. We may use information you have given us to provide a service, ensure proper billing, inform you about products and services or special promotions or to measure consumer interest in our various services.
