Low Fat Diets Don’t Work!
Also, many people still try to eat low fat these days if they are on a diet. But did you know that many studies have shown that low fat diets don’t work? Sugar Problems May Make it Very Difficult to Lose Weight
Also, many people today have problems processing sugar, and even if they are not yet diabetic, and this causes them to have a hard time losing weight.
