 Current US national organic standards forbid the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, antibiotics, artificial ingredients, genetic engineering, irradiation and sewage sludge. By definition, organic products are grown without harmful pesticides, herbicides, and other potentially harmful substances that can damage your health.
